Each device that is subjected to the RapidREPAIR process is provided with an accurate grading ready for resale.

Grades are divided into 5 levels and these are described below. It is our philosophy that no device will ever be returned for resale with a cracked or broken screen.

Renewed

This is an as new device with no marks or imperfections, fully refurbished and in pristine condition. This is the best condition we sell.

  • NO imperfections or marks
  • 0 imperfections acceptable

Excellent

This device will have very light signs of use with minor scratches on the back and front. This device will be in perfect working order.

  • Light scratches on front or back – must be hardly visible at arm’s length
  • Up to 12 minor imperfections acceptable

Very Good

This device may have minor scratches on the housing and or LCD. There may also be a small dent on one of the corners, but no more than one. The bezels and buttons may also have scratches, the device is in perfect working order.

  • Minor scratches on housing and LCD permitted – Bezels may have scratches
  • Up to 1 very light corner dent acceptable
  • Usage marks visible at arm’s length
  • Scratches can not be felt with fingertip
  • NO Cracks or Gouges permitted
  • Up to 15 imperfections acceptable

Good

A device that has been clearly used, but not abused. Scratches may be detectable by touch, there may also be up to two small, minor dents on the corners.

  • Scratches can be detected by touch and visible at arm’s length
  • May have up to 2 corners with drop bumps/dents – both must be light
  • No screen haze is acceptable
  • Up to 15 imperfections acceptable

Pre-Loved

This device may have some screen haze and possibly some LCD pixels not working. Also, may have scratches and dents in the housing, that can be detected by touch and be visible at arm’s length. This device will be fully working and offer outstanding value for money.

  • May have some screen haze
  • Some LCD pixels not working
  • May have scratches and dents in housing
  • Up to 20+ imperfections acceptable
  • Missing pixels are acceptable but no more than 3
